Waterman #2 LF Fountain Pen

Ive been a fountain pen guy since the third grade, 1963!  That’s when the public schools would let us put away our Big Chief tablets and No. 2 pencils and teach cursive writing and make us use fountain pens.  Ballpoints were not allowed!

Im a Montblanc and Pelikan fan mostly, but this Waterman just talked to me when I saw it in the catalog. Number 261 in the photo below, purchased from GoPens (Gary Lehrer).  Its a 1949 Waterman #2 LF in Golden Pearl.  Gold filled trim.  Excellent + condition.  14K Fine nib with a little flex…
